We have received several calls from folks wondering how to help the victims of hurricane Katrina.  If you go to the ELCA website at www.elca.org there is info on how our national church has already responded on your behalf and how you can help.  If you are a Thrivent member, there is also info on how your gifts can be matched. Thrivent has announced a generous supplemental program for hurricane Katrina relief and recovery.
